A: Please check your SoundTaxi settings, select the highest compression quality and make sure that your PC is not used by any CPU-intensive tasks during the conversion process.

A: SoundTaxi Platinum edition converts 2 files at the same time and has maximum audio conversion speed 6X, while Professional edition can convert up to 16 files simultaneously with summary conversion speed up to 50X (depending on your PC performance).
